Get Low, Get Low, Get Low

Brady started dancing in music class last Tuesday (February 23). It was the funniest thing I've ever seen him do in class. It was so funny that I decided to share it with you. Enjoy!

Sneaky Mama

Brady loves using a spoon and dipping it into his bowl. So, being the sneaky person I am, Mommy decided to put veggies and other healthy foods into his suction bowl. He's so proud when using a spoon that he doesn't even notice what's in his bowl :) He's still learning to use a spoon, and sometimes he would much rather use his hands.

California Love

Brady and I traveled throughout California for 10 days. Our first stop was Sacramento and then we headed down to Stockton to stay with my family. Unfortunately, Brady and I got a bad stomach bug in the beginning of our trip. After we felt better we took a ride to San Francisco to visit Matt. We went to Matt's fancy hotel (The Ritz Carlton) to park. We walked around Union square and Chinatown. We had lunch on the sixth floor at Macy's. We had an amazing view! After San Francisco, Brady and I flew down to Palm Springs to visit Matt's family for his dad's 80th birthday. It was so nice and warm.

Brady making some new friends. "hey, you guys are just my size!"

Brady very intrigued by the monkey statues in Chinatown, San Francisco. "you have a peanut head like me!"

Brady hanging in the spa with his auntie Jen-Jen. "this water is warm like my bath water, I can get used to this."

Milestones

WOW! Brady has reached so many milestones this month. Brady can now say "cracker" fluently, well almost fluently. He has many words and gestures for things he sees daily i.e. binky, Monty, banana. It's pretty amazing!! We are very proud parents.

He also received another tooth while we were in California. He has a total of 4 now.

Brady can now throw or should I say, "chuck" a ball for Monty and many other dogs.

Another milestone Brady has reached is mimicking Mommy and Daddy. He can put the phone up to his ear and pretend to talk to someone. He also points the remote control to the T.V. and tries to turn the channel and most of the time he does.

My least favorite milestone Brady has reached is "tantrum" or "drama king", although it's pretty funny to watch. It happens daily. Here's how it starts. Brady screams and throws his head back and then falls to the floor. He rolls around and lays on the ground and starts screaming again. (By the way, he demonstrated his patented technique in the Palm Springs Airport while we were waiting in line to check-in.)

Brady's New Chair

Because Brady loves browsing through books so much, Daddy decided to purchase Brady his very own reading chair! We bought the chair the day before our vacation to California. He was so excited to see it again.
Brady testing out the new chair as soon as we get home.

Kickin it in my chair while chillin with my binkies and books.
