Dirty Fun

The weather was gloomy in Charlotte this weekend, but that didn't stop Brady Man. He made up his own fun with some good old fashioned dirt. Fun for Brady is throwing dirt on Monty and eating delicious dirt. He really has a good time with the dirt when Mommy says, "No Brady, stay out of the dirt!" Just take a look for yourself.

The Park Posse

Spring has sprung in Charlotte, and the crew (Brady, Lillian, Cohen and Julia) couldn't resist cruising the park in their flashy, push buggies in this awesome weather. Although, Brady begs to differ as you can see in the photos below.

St. Patty's Parade

Brady, Daddy and Monty went to the St. Patrick's Day parade in Uptown Charlotte this past Saturday (March 13th). It was a great day for a parade and the sun was shining in full effect after a week of rain, boom and gloom (a lot of thunder and lightning mixed in). The week also included a visit to the pediatrician where Mommy found out that Brady had his first ear infection which needed to be treated with antibiotics. Needless to say, Brady had a rough couple of days! However, everything else at the doctor's visit was great - Brady is now 32 inches tall and weighs 22.5 pounds (lean and mean like daddy).

Brady had a blast at the parade and saw many new things including: SHRINERS on go-carts!!! (one of the shriners actually flipped his go-cart but thankfully was okay but it definitely made for some excitement), Ronald McDonald (sort of scary but very intriguing) on a massive float (Brady just couldn't take his eyes off of Ronny but unfortunately we weren't able to snap off any pictures), bag pipers and drummers marching in the street, and he was even able to score beads for all three of us!

Nature Museum

Last Wednesday, Brady met his friends (Ari, Cohen, and Lillian) at the Charlotte Nature Museum. He had so much fun exploring and observing animals, habitats, and plants. He loved playing in the Butterfly Pavilion, climbing through the secret tunnels, and splashing in the stream, hence the apron on Brady. We had so much fun that we decided to become members and make it a monthly trip (maybe even weekly).

Oh boy...this room is filled with creepy animals!! I don't know about this room.
