Blowing Rock, NC

We had a late start to Blowing Rock, but that didn't stop Brady from having fun. The weather was absolutely gorgeous with a bit of a chill. It was perfect fall weather! All the local children were dressed for Halloween, and getting ready for their town's parade. At the park, they had a jumpy house that Brady was dying to jump in. When he finally had his turn, he was all smiles...until it was time to get out. Mommy had to bribe Brady with the "ice cream" word and he came jumping out as fast as lightning! Unfortunately, the line for the ice cream shoppe was extremely long (20 minutes), and Brady screamed the entire time. Daddy was traumatized and so were a few customers who went in and grabbed Brady a sample.

Fall Fun

Friday, we went to our friend, Lillian's house for a Halloween play date. Brady also got to see his other buddies, Cohen and Julia. It was great seeing everyone and catching up! Brady had fun wrestling Cohen, and doing a jump show for Lillian. He especially loved the flipping monkey.

Our Trip to CA

Time flies when you're having fun, and that always seems to be the case when we're in California. Everyday we had something fun to do with my family. I have to say Brady had the most fun at Cover's Apple Ranch in Sonora, CA because they had a small steam engine that he could ride (pictures to come soon). Brady also loved seeing his cousins, but he especially loved hanging out with my brother's pug, Lucy.
