Brady's Baptism
It was a big day in Brady's life...he became a child of the Lord. Brady was baptized on May 16, 2010 at St. Patrick's Cathedral in Charlotte, NC. His family came from all over the nation (Seattle, Appleton, Chicago, and Charlotte) to help celebrate his special day. His Godparents, Sarah (Matt's sister) and Craig (Matt's identical twin) stood with us during this lengthy process (over an hour). Poor Brady had to be held the entire time. Now, we understand why it's so important to baptize your child in the first few months of life.

Getting Brady ready for the holy oil.
Brady wanted DOWN, DOWN, DOWN!!

Brady getting baptized and laughing while the warm water hit his bald, little head.
Still laughing.

Deacon Carlos was praying and Brady decided to give him a high-five.
The final part of the baptism...blessing all of us.
